The room offered great space and comfort for our family. the shower had an unpleasant odor.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions.
During my six-night stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. the power outlets next to the bed didn't work unless the room light was on, which almost made me late for my conference. the elevator was painfully slow and out of order for a couple of days, forcing me to take the stairs multiple times. Lastly, the WiFi was a hassle, requiring a new login every day and indicating poor maintenance overall.

Location near metro stop, secure on-site parking, clean maintenance standards
Room size and layout could be improved!!! Quite cramped and awkward arrangements hinder comfort!!! The elevator situation needs attention, as it took too long to fix when out of order!!! Unpleasant odors in bathrooms seem to be an ongoing issue!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, making our two-night stay feel welcoming. The room exceeded our expectations in size and comfort. Plus, there's a lovely bakery nearby which made morning coffee easy and enjoyable.
Improvement could be made in the elevator's efficiency as it felt a bit slow during peak times.

Solo traveler appreciative of the conveniences
The staff were genuinely helpful when I needed assistance with my luggage upon arrival. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, it was plentiful and an excellent value for the price.
It wasn't too affordable but still within reasonable limits for what you get.

The Prestige Double room was comfy and cleaned daily, with fresh sheets. It felt spacious for a family. The bed was cozy—definitely a good sleep. The room had nice decor, and we really appreciated the small amenities provided. The only downside was the occasional noise from outside, but it didn’t get in the way of our stay.

I enjoyed the cozy lounge area and the lovely outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The fitness center had great equipment to help unwind too. The only small issue was some occasional noise from the other rooms, but it didn't bother me much—just a little tip, try to request a room away from the main hallway for a quieter experience. 😊
